Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your item. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use are not eligible for return. Please handle products with care before initiating a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products crafted specifically for you.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or on clearance, unless the product is defective upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
If you wish to return a product, email us at biskutklasik404@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item, if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it thoroughly. If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
